Sky Broadband Usage Allowance Guide

About the Sky usage allowance - Sky’s usage allowance is the limit up to which customers can download or upload content over the Internet. Every Sky Broadband plan has a specified usage allowance, except for the Sky unlimited broadband plan.

Sky’s Online usage tool - The online usage tool from Sky allows broadband customers to be aware of the exact amount of usage allowance remaining, the percentage of your limit used and the date and time from when the cycle of the new allowance will start.

Email alerts for monthly allowance - With the email alert notification, Sky broadband customers can find out how much download allowance has been used up. The alerts are sent via email and customers can opt in or out of these notifications. You can choose to receive an alert once you have reached 50%, 75% or 90% of your monthly usage allowance.
